Eligibility:
- This draw is open to new email subscribers only. Existing subscribers are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, affiliates, or partners of Orbx and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. - The draw is open to residents of countries where such competitions are legally permitted.
Entry Period:
- The entry period ends on 18 February 2024. All sign-ups must be completed during this period to qualify for the draw.
How to Enter:
- To participate, you must subscribe to the Orbx email mailing list via the official subscription form.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize:
- The winner will receive one Orbx product per month for the next 12 months, starting the month after the winner is announced.
Winner Selection:
- One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the giveaway period ends.
- The draw will take place on 20 February 2025.
- The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Winner Notification:
- Winners will be notified via the email address provided during sign-up.
- If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 5 business days, Orbx reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Privacy:
- By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Orbx to contact them via email for giveaway purposes and be included in the Orbx mailing list. Personal information will not be shared with third parties. Winners will be announced on all digital platforms online as required by law.
General Conditions:
- Orbx reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway as determined by Orbx in its sole discretion.
